Rock quintet Minus the Bear are following up their well-received 2008 acoustic EP Acoustics with a new full length LP titled Acoustics II. The new release features eight reimagined and pared down Minus the Bear tracks, in addition to two brand new songs, “Riddles” and “The Storm.” The release is a chance for fans to experience the group’s songwriting in its purest form.
Recorded in early 2013, Acoustics II was produced by former MtB bandmate, and longtime creative collaborator, Matt Bayles. The group is offering fans incentives through PledgeMusic such as signed CDs & vinyl, an exclusive poster and disposable cameras with one of a kind band photos. Higher tier exclusives include a signed acoustic guitar and a private Skype Sneak Preview of the record via a personal live performance. The track “Hooray” is available immediately as a download with every pledge.
Minus the Bear will be promoting Acoustics II release on the road this Fall, highlighting the show with an acoustic mini-set featuring tracks from Acoustics II in addition to the full plugged-in rock show.
